Senior Manager – Process Automation Lead drives process automation strategy, governance, and recipe development activities at project level within Global Engineering, ensuring automation solutions are aligned with manufacturing and process requirements.

What You Will Do

• Lead the process automation function at project level, focusing on process automation strategy, recipe development, and integration of process requirements into automation solutions.
• Define, govern, and drive process automation scope for capital growth projects and selected legacy asset improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interface between Manufacturing, MSAT, Engineering, CQV, and Automation teams to ensure alignment of process requirements and automation implementation.
