DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees and monitors the preparation, implementation and completion of various work stages related to the construction of the assigned projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that review and revisions of Plans, Designs and Specifications were conducted by the Design Review group from Design Development (DD) up to For Construction Drawings (FCD).
• Oversee, facilitate and participate in the conduct and discussion of value engineering and identification of cost saving items for the implementation of the projects.
• Lead in the preparation of the Risk Management Plan and monitor compliance of the project to its mitigating actions. Look for continuous improvement opportunity for the established Risk Management Plan.
