Key Responsibilities
1. Land & Feasibility Studies
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential land parcels for landed property development.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for residential and mixed-use projects.
Prepare investment proposals and development justifications for management approval.
2. Planning & Design Development
Oversee concept design and master planning for landed housing townships and related developments.
Engage architects, planners, and consultants to ensure innovative, market-driven, and cost-effective designs.
Ensure full compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements.
3. Statutory Approvals & Authorities Liaison
Lead development submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
(JPBD, DBKL, MBPJ, MBSA, etc.).
Maintain close working relationships with government agencies, utility providers, and stakeholders.
