Senior Manager - Property Business Development

• To source for new land and business venture.
• To prepare feasibility study, market research, business proposal and joint venture terms.
• To study and analyst project development proposal and make recommendations.
• To develop the conceptual / product / target market / market research.
• To source for investors / en-bloc sale / anchor tenants / tenants mix.
• To monitor and managed budget / project cost / attend project meeting (CCM).

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management / Property / Valuation.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property development company, valuation or property consultancy firm.
• Strong negotiation and writing skills.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
