Job Description

The Department

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Property Design Management, the primary purpose of the job is to manage Membership alterations/additions projects involving interior design and fitting-out works, from project inception to handover, to ensure the design and works meet user requirements on scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance.

The Job

You will:

  • Support Executive Manager, Property Design Management to provide professional advice to users' enquiries regarding alterations and renovation of existing facilities and development of new facilities to support their business objectives
  • Interpret and ascertain users' needs and problems; Study & understand constraints and root-cause of operational issues and problems raised by users; Establish design and performance criteria from user's requirements; Establish the scope and requirements with users for potential projects; C...
