Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and commercial direction to the Bell Public Safety Group, empowering PSG Leaders to drive day‑to‑day development and support execution.
• Drive the go‑to‑market strategy and sales execution for the new Incident Data eXchange (IDX NG9-1-1) data‑sharing component, serving as the primary commercial prime for this product launch.
• Mobilize and leverage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team technical expertise to structure technical proposals and present detailed solutions to Public Safety leadership.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with key customer contacts, serving as the primary point of escalation and strategic partnership.
