The Senior Manager Quality and Innovation plays an exciting, new and pivotal leadership role in shaping the delivery of high-quality, efficient Integrated Care services to achieve optimal outcomes for patients. Accountable for formulating and implementing strategic directions across Integrated Care, including but not limited to allied health, this role drives service excellence by identifying opportunities for innovation, strengthening models of care and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
