We're Hiring: Senior RCM Manager – US Healthcare (Medical Billing)

We are looking for an experienced Senior RCM Manager to lead and manage end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on and leadership experience across the complete medical billing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations (Front-end to AR & Payments)
• Manage and optimize medical billing, coding, and collections
• Handle provider credentialing & enrollments with payers
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, payer guidelines)
• Monitor KPIs, AR aging, denial trends, and revenue performance
• Lead, train, and manage RCM/billing teams
• Work closely with US clients to ensure service quality and revenue growth
