Senior Manager, Regulatory Advisory and Liaison

This is a senior compliance officer role with leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance and Engagement. This role is expected to take hands-on approach working in close collaboration within the Compliance team and with all relevant stakeholders to provide compliance advisory with a focus on Insurance Act and its subsidiary legislation, including all relevant Notices, Circulars, Guidelines and regulatory expectations. This role is also expected to engage with the regulators.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead, oversee and guide a team of compliance officers to ensure regulatory compliance with the Insurance Act and its subsidiary legislation, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements and expectations.
+ Ensure that all regulatory inquiries and matters are tracked and well addressed in a timely manner.
