**Sr Manager, Reporting & Insights – Late Stage Collections**

**Purpose**
Leads a team responsible for the delivery of timely management reporting & analyses, enabling the Canada Collections operations teams to make effective decisions to achieve the Bank’s credit loss & OPEX plans.

+ Leads a team responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards, providing monitoring and insights to the Canada Collections leadership team to drive the effectiveness of collection recovery efforts
