As the Senior Manager, Residential Services, you will provide leadership for the residential portfolio of over 1300 units focusing on leasing, marketing and digital presence, rental and tenancy administration as well as compliance, and consistency across the various assets. While Property Managers focus on building-level, day-to-day field operations, this role provides centralized, office-based leadership that emphasizes strategic progress, consistency, and accountability across the organization’s growing portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying trends and risks, and establishing clear frameworks that support operational excellence.
