Senior Manager, Retail Products - Automotive Finance

Opportunity

In this role, you will drive the strategic transformation and oversight of our Indirect Lending portfolio across Personal Retail Auto, Business Vehicle Solutions (BVS), Recreational Vehicles (RV), Marine products, and Newcomer segments. You will develop and execute product strategies that expand market share, enhance subvented and non-subvented portfolio profitability, and proactively mitigate business risks.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Product Management

• Serve as subject matter expert on automotive finance products, credit portfolio dynamics, and policy frameworks.
• Own product shelf reviews, policy assessments, and regulatory impact analyses (RTAs) for key initiatives.
• Build consensus and secure stakeholder sign‑off on strategic recommendations.
• Develop data‑driven business cases and compelling presentations to influence policy, process, and strategy decisions.
