Senior Manager, Risk

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of risk across the business. This includes operational, market, credit, technology, and corporate governance risks. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining strong risk management practices, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of risk awareness in all business functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the enterprise-wide risk management strategy aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Serve as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations to guide business decisions and strategies.
3. Identify and manage operational risks across departments, including overseeing business continuity planning (BCP), incident management, and operational controls.
