Senior Manager - Safety, Health & Environment

Leads the HSE oversight function, ensuring the Contractor’s safety management system is effectively implemented and aligned with project and regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



Review and approve Contractor’s HSE Plan, risk assessments, and method statements.

Lead site safety audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.

Ensure adherence to local regulations and international HSE standards.

Investigate incidents and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Drive safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Report HSE performance and risks to the Client and PMCM leadership.
