Senior Manager, Sales & Operations (Pharmaceutical)

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for both Ethical and OTC
  business segments.


• Track sales performance and implement corrective
  or improvement measures when needed.


• Ensure effective coordination and collaboration
  across the team.


• Support budgeting activities, cost management, and
  profitability enhancement initiatives.


• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical
  regulations and internal company policies.


• Prepare and submit regular business updates and
  sales reports to the Director.
