Senior Manager, Scientific Program Development

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Program Development to serve as a strategic operational partner to the Global Scientific Program Director . In this pivotal role, you will act as a deputy and architect across our entire brand portfolio—including The Ordinary, NIOD, and Incubator Brands —turning abstract ideas into concrete scientific concepts while also unifying processes, managing critical data, and crafting the strategic narrative for leadership.

This position is based out of our Head Office, located in Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule.
