Senior Manager, Security Operations

**Summary**

+ A newly established role as part of the Global Security team supporting Stryker’s flagship manufacturing site in Skawina, our commercial business and business support center initiatives across Poland.
+ This role will fulfill the key function of identifying and promoting prevention orientated security requirements across the business and then developing and implementing sustainable and appropriate measures in accordance with Global Security standards and local business requirements.
+ The role will identify and focus on loss prevention, supply chain security and threats posed by crime, civil unrest, extremism / terrorism, business espionage, corruption and insider threats and will be required to leverage an established security network while engaging with government and local security services.
+ Role is based in Skawina, Poland.
