[What the role is]

Workforce Singapore (WSG) is developing strategies and programmes to engage community-based organisations that support Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs) in their later-stage careers. Through deeper relationships, capability-building initiatives, and improved linkages to resources and opportunities, we aim to help these groups better encourage and enable PMETs in their 50s and 60s to achieve their aspirations and thrive in their later-stage careers.

As Senior Manager, you will work closely with WSG’s leadership to develop strategies and programmes to strengthen transition support for Senior Workers, such as building community capabilities. You will drive the implementation of these strategies and programmes, to facilitate initiatives that encourage PMETs in their 50s and 60s to pursue later-stage career aspirations.
