The Indian Heritage Centre (IHC) seeks a proactive Senior Manager / Manager to lead festival programming, partnerships, and pilot initiatives that enhance audience engagement and community integration. The role involves planning, developing, and executing arts and culture festivals, including initiatives that engage youths and volunteers, while strengthening the Centre's position as a vibrant hub for Indian arts and heritage.

• Piloting new festivals and small-scale cultural initiatives to test innovative engagement approaches grounded in Indian heritage and traditions.
