Senior Manager

(What the role is)

• Assist Assistant Director in formulating, implementing and reviewing plans for the development of CDC to achieve community goals.
• Work closely with Assistant Director in developing staff capabilities and building effective team.
• Lead the Special Projects team in CDCs' common based programmes, national programmes, including but not limited to the CDC Vouchers Scheme, and any other programmes assigned by General Manager/Deputy General Manager/ Assistant Director.
• Coach, develop, supervise and guide Managers and CDC Vouchers Ambassadors to ensure targets set are met.
