(What the role is)

Support the GCD and AD (Field Engagement) in achieving more effective engagement outcomes which would contribute to PA's strategic objectives through:
• Overseeing engagement efforts in the GRC. You will work with a team of engagement officers from Constituency Offices in your GRC to develop and implement a coordinated outreach and engagement plan for the GRC's initiatives;
• Working closely with PA's Engagement Group and Partnership Group to align the
GRC's outreach and engagement efforts to various stakeholders;
• Working closely with the Field Engagement Team in the GCD office in planning, coordinating and facilitating the implementation of various outreach and engagement initiatives, programmes and projects in the GRC Cluster;
• Growing, deepening, and harnessing networks, including Community Volunteer (CV) groups, with as many non-grassroots organisations and informal groups to achieve PGP outcomes; and
