Senior Manager Site Planning

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Supply Chain Global Planning is recruiting for a Senior Manager Site Planning located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This senior leadership role reports to the Director of Site Planning and focuses on ensuring reliable product availability through effective production planning and scheduling across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners responsible for plant planning activities and produce realistic supply plans for clinical and commercial programs.
• Partner across functions to drive capacity trade‑offs, manage new product introductions, and support decision‑making for asset/product levels during Supply Review Meetings.
• Create, develop, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer requirements and inventory targets while supporting efficient manufacturing operations.
