What is the Opportunity?

As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Senior Manager, Special Loans and Advisory Services will report to the Director, Special Loans. This role contributes to strategic business priorities by creating and retaining survivors, maximizing revenue while minimizing costs, leveraging expertise to assist the business and enhancing customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Apply a continuous‑improvement approach to achieving superior client experience.
• Take ownership of client problems at first point of contact.
• Ensure clients are treated with respect, maintain a highly professional and empathetic approach and maintain good working relationships.
