What you'll do:

• Oversee accurate records of all aircraft parts and materials in stock.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Verify the quality and authenticity of received parts, including compliance with aviation regulations.
• Ensure that all parts and materials in the inventory meet aviation safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all parts and materials, including part numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of components, ensuring that maintenance and repair histories are seamlessly integrated with the ERP/MRO software.
