What you'll do:
Oversee accurate records of all aircraft parts and materials in stock.
Establish governance frameworks to monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical inventory with records.
Verify the quality and authenticity of received parts, including compliance with aviation regulations.
Ensure that all parts and materials in the inventory meet aviation safety and regulatory requirements.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all parts and materials, including part numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates.
Oversee the lifecycle management of components, ensuring that maintenance and repair histories are seamlessly integrated with the ERP/MRO software.
Implement quality control procedures to inspect and verify parts.
