Purpose

Acts as a strategic extension of the CRO Office, the Senior Manager, Strategic Support helps shape and deliver the enterprise risk narrative through clear executive decision support and communications. The role supports the CRO indirectly through the Director, Strategy and Investor Support (primary manager), partnering closely to drive business planning, execution oversight, and high‑quality materials for senior audiences, with additional support to senior GRM leaders as priorities require. The Senior Manager, Strategic Support brings demonstrated sound judgment, discretion with confidential matters, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to operate at pace with exceptional attention to detail.
