Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Planning

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the growth of Changi Airport Group and the development of Singapore Changi Airport. 
You will be part of the team in Strategic Workforce Planning within the People Team (PT). This team works across different lines of business and teams in PT to architect, consult and execute forward-looking workforce strategies to support CAG’s organizational needs, optimize talent deployment and drive business performance.
What the role will do:

• Develop and execute short, medium to long-term workforce strategies aligned to CAG’s business priorities and transformation agenda. This could include the re-design of business operating models, job and process re-design for different workforce in CAG.
• Partner with the business leaders in the development and execution of key workforce projects related to CAG’s workforce transformation agenda, particularly in the space of Technology and AI shifts. ...
