As a Senior Manager, Sub Category Manager at MKS Inc., you will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and key internal business units to develop and execute global sub category strategies, ensure world class supplier performance, and manage risk across the supply chain. In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Category Management.


You Will Make an Impact By:

• Leading and developing a team of Supplier Managers to ensure strong tactical execution while building strategic capability, succession planning, and future leadership strength• Owning and driving global sub category strategy across 100% of spend, including supplier strategy, commercial negotiations, cost performance, and risk management• Holding accountability for overall supply chain performance, ensuring strong supplier execution, operational continuity, and rapid issue resolution• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating su...
