+ Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Develops a close partnership with their user and technology/engineering stakeholders.
+ Provides the overall strategy to operate and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC. Leads a team to design and implement solutions to meet business requirements. Manages the formulation of deployment strategies for projects and business as usual (BAU) ensuring compatibility with existing HR systems.
