Key Responsibilities
Attract global high-tech, IDC, advanced manufacturing and new energy enterprises to Forest City.
Develop corporate, chamber of commerce and government channels; participate in overseas roadshows.
Provide one-stop service: policy support, visa, certificate of origin, infrastructure coordination.
Manage client relationships, drive project signing and achieve investment KPIs.
Monitor industry trends and build a global enterprise resource database.

负责全球高科技、IDC、先进制造、新能源企业招商与落地。
开拓企业、商会、政府渠道，参与海外路演与商务拓展。
为企业提供一站式落地服务：政策、签证、原产地证、电力配套等。
维护客户关系，推动项目签约落地，完成招商指标。
跟踪产业趋势，建立并维护全球出海企业资源库。

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial investment, business development or cross-border investment.
