Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, India will be responsible for leading recruitment activities in India. 

The successful candidate will operate across affiliate, planning and delivering on the TA strategy whilst driving day to day full-cycle end-to-end recruitment from intake of requirement definition through offer preparation, negotiation and administration of the hiring process. This candidate will also lead and manage a team of Senior Specialists, Talent Acquisition.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Subject matter expert for TA for all recruitment activities. 
• Hands-on management of end-to-end recruitment across all functions.
