Senior Manager Taxation

Role Overview:

The Lead – Taxation will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s entire tax function, ensuring full compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax laws while optimizing the tax position in line with business objectives. The role involves strategic tax planning, litigation management, advisory to management, and acting as the key interface with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Taxation

Overall responsibility for compliance under the Income-tax Act/ Rules.

Computation of taxable income and tax liability.

Advance tax, TDS/TCS compliances and returns.

Filing of income-tax returns and transfer pricing documentation (where applicable).

Tax planning and advisory for business transactions, restructurings, investments, and expansions.
