Senior Manager, Technology & Quality – GE Aerospace

**Job Description Summary**

The Senior Manager, Technology & Quality is a hands-on, enterprise-minded leader who will elevate Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) outcomes at the NGS joint venture Nicalon fibers operation in Toyama, Japan. As a secondee from GE Aerospace, you will bring a customer-driven mindset, respect for people, and continuous improvement rigor to strengthen the plant’s Quality Management System, mature manufacturing technology, and build team’s capability. You will lead with unyielding integrity, ensuring compliance to AS9100/ISO 9001, and deploy lean principles consistent with GE Aerospace’s FLIGHT DECK behaviors to reduce defects, stabilize processes, and accelerate new product introduction.
