Senior Manager, Terminal Performance

Responsibilities

• Accountable for problem resolution with the Terminals and other counterparties within and outside the company.

• Maintains regular contacts with Network Execution, Stowage Planning, and Terminal Operators ensuring the most cost-effective and timely management of vessel operations.

• Monitors terminal operations to ensure work is flowing in accordance with defined processes.

• Focal point for emergency response and security issues at the port.

• Represents Hapag-Lloyd interests at various committee meetings, where required.

• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and cost control.

• Supports and promotes new business processes for smoother workflows, driving continuous improvement, and optimization of Terminal operations.

• Responsible for driving the implementation and usage of Portchain Connect across all relevant departments.
