Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Training, SEA is responsible for developing, leading, and executing technical training strategies across Southeast Asia. This role ensures workforce competency, safety compliance, and service quality through standardized and impactful training programs. The position requires strong leadership, regional coordination, and collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to drive training initiatives.
