Senior Manager, Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Activation

**Position Summary...**
As the Senior Manager of Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Activation, you operate at the intersection of clinical strategy and enterprise execution. Reporting to the Medical Affairs Director, you are responsible for translating complex clinical data, medical insights, and business priorities into scalable programs, products, and capabilities.
In this role, you own the end-to-end activation of a portfolio of transformation initiatives—from concept through implementation—ensuring clinical integrity is maintained while achieving alignment with organizational goals. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role for a strategic operator with a clinical background (PharmD, RN/NP, or MD/DO) who can navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact within a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
