Job Description

 
  Your Tasks 
 Establishing a business plan incl. a turnaround concept and driving the implementation together with the Mutares team and the portfolio company
 Establishing the management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company
 Routinely lead the finance workstream and/or finance organisation on site
 Prepare integrated financial plans and lead forecasting and budgeting processes
 Implement and improve sound cash management processes and manage liquidity needs on site
 Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)
 Manage and improve the relationship to external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurer, etc.)
 
  Your Profile 
 At least 5 years of relevant financial or operational restructuring experience gained in consulting, private equity, banking or industry
