A full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily waste management operations including collection, transportation, segregation, disposal, fleet management, and operational compliance. The role includes leading operational teams, improving efficiency, managing resources and budgets, ensuring health & safety standards, and coordinating with municipal authorities and communities. Qualification Criteria
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field
5+ years of operations management experience
Experience in waste management, logistics, or fleet operations preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance
