The Challenges

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Develop and execute a global strategic sourcing strategy for solar cells, ensuring cost optimization, quality, and supply chain stability.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with key solar cell suppliers (SEA & China) to secure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant sources.

Manage and optimize relationships with current suppliers while developing new partnerships for future growth and cost reduction.

Establish alternative suppliers to mitigate risks and enhance supply chain resilience.

Formulate and execute annual cost reduction programs while ensuring supply continuity and quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, NPI teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to guide product design decisions based on the latest solar cell advancements.
