Senior Manager/Director - Acquisitions

We are recruiting for APAC Logistics Fund in modern industrial and logistics real estate in key cities in Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, you will have the opportunity to work in a lean environment where you will be involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management such as site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.

Your main responsibilities will include deal origination, business case proposal, deal execution and supporting the asset and fund management team.

You will be sourcing and evaluating of new business cases which includes but not limited to Green/brown field acquisition or development, Divestment, Asset Enhancement, Joint Venture opportunities, research and understand and penetrate new markets or product type.
