The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, HR Planning and Policy, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Operations, HR Partners and People Development & Planning Office departments.

As a key member in the Performance and Rewards team, you will provide advisory support to HR Partners to operationalize and implement the annual performance appraisal exercise. You will also assist in formulating any key projects related to the enhancement of the performance appraisal system and rewards projects in A*STAR.
