This role plays a critical part in providing high-quality, student-centred experiences across diverse retail & dining outlets on campus; this will include ensuring transitions between vendors are executed smoothly. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in retail and food operations management, including food safety and hygiene, along with a genuine passion for enhancing student life. The person must be adept at balancing operational excellence with the varied needs of a dynamic and inclusive university community.
