(What the role is)
Programmes officers work with Tote Board's (TB) grant partners to shape, develop, and manage grant programmes that meet community/social needs aligned with TB's strategic outcomes.
(What you will be working on)
Grant Curation
Partner with variety of stakeholders (e.g. government, private entities, social service agencies) to understand the sectoral landscape and identify white spaces to fund.
Curate grant programmes with partners to develop and scope projects that address local needs and are aligned with Tote Board's funding mandate.
Assessment of Grant Proposals
Evaluate grant applications submitted on the OurSG Grants Portal (OSG), ensuring alignment to TB vision and strategic outcomes.
Prepare evaluation papers to seek approval from the relevant authorities.
Work with grantees to develop and implement impact measurement framework, including the development of Theory of Change and setting of performance indicators.
