senior manager/operations manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily operations for both Philippine and US-based accounts. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid BPO operations experience, and the ability to manage teams across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for PH and US accounts
• Manage team leaders, managers, and support teams
• Ensure operational KPIs and client expectations are met
• Handle performance management, coaching, and escalation
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Implement process improvements and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 5–8 years of BPO operations experience
• With experience handling both Philippine and US operations
