Role Objective

Ensure efficient and stable manufacturing operations by leading production support, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, FPY, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations

• Support and sustain high-volume production lines.
• Ensure fast and effective response to manufacturing escalations.
• Coordinate containment actions to maintain production continuity.
• Participate in new product launches and series production support.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements to reduce downtime and quality losses.
• Improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE and FPY.
