**Position Overview:**

As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing processes and production systems across the product lifecycle.

This role is responsible for driving manufacturing readiness for complex electro-mechanical systems, improving production efficiency and quality, and partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and production scale-up efforts.
