Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager required for Electronics client in Co. Clare.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic and tactical leadership for engineering, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure full compliance with MIL-PRF-19500/MIL-STD-750 DLA requirements and AS9100/ISO14001 standards
Oversee engineering efforts spanning electronics, mechanical, and chemical disciplines to improve delivery success, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and lower RMA rates.
Act as a core contributor within the Senior Management Team, providing insight on organizational analysis and advancement initiatives.
Serve as a key representative on:
 Technical Review Board (TRB)Materials Review Board (MRB)Focus Factory initiatives6S Steering CommitteeH&S Steering CommitteeAutomation & Digitalisation projects
