Job Description
Senior Manufacturing IT (MES & SAP) Engineer
Design, develop, implement and maintain MES solutions, process/operation automation in manufacturing (Industrial 4.0) and related interfaces integrated MES with ERP system (e.g. SAP) and shop floor automation (e.g. IoT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes, identify system requirements, and deliver tailored IT solutions.
Document technical solutions, SOPs, and user manuals to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Prepare training to business users, perform IT Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on MES/MES Extended solutions.
Develop scripts, services, and dashboards to support manufacturing KPIs, traceability, and data-driven decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing applications, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Provide 24*7 Production Support on MES/MES extended solution.
