Job Summary
Establish production budgets, evaluate and recommend investments in equipmentand systems.Management of asset, maintenance and monthly reporting analysis.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision making.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead theoperations function and ensure that all production activitiesmeet thebusiness objectives, and are conducted in accordance withtherelevant environmentalhealthandsafety,qualityandbusiness practices standards
Develop and implement production systems and processes that align with the overall vision and objectives, monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources
Ensureplanningandcontrol ofmanufacturingincludingmaterials,scheduling 
machines and people, and coordinating suppliers and customers.
