The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Box build/HLA and Mechanical Assembly, along with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, is a plus. This role involves managing operations and ensuring production lines run smoothly.
